Variable Speed Oil Heating Skid
The SES/460 series is a skid mounted 96 kW low watt density electric oil heating system. The system includes a variable speed inlet pump designed to assist oil processors to be used as an inlet booster when poor suction conditions arise or a discharge booster / heater. This skid is complete with high temp / flow switch safety interlocks and includes a locally mounted variable speed drive, heater contacters and 100' power cable. This unit is tested ready to ship.

Piping
All oil piping is welded carbon steel w/ butt weld or socket fittings. Maintenance connections use bolted flanges or O-ring sealed unions. Threaded unions are not used. Threaded connections are kept to a minimum.
Electrical Conduit
A combination of ridged and liquid tight flexible conduit is used to provide a water tight easy maintenance wiring system.
